Join this quant modelling consultancy and work closely with senior partners

This Cambridge based consultancy is currently recruiting for immediately available graduates or junior analysts. They work with globally located clients, developing technology based strategic models for business applications.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with senior consultants and partners, be part of the presentation team and get first-hand experience of the whole project. You’ll be involved in data gathering, quantitative analyses, and working closely with clients to develop strategic models based on financial expectations.

The company support careers and provide responsibilities early on. They have put in place a successful pathway for rapid career promotion including excellent remunerations and expected salary increases.

Interested? Here’s what you need to show…

  • Excellent academic pedigree – as a graduate, you’ll be just starting your career, so to evidence your ability, we want to see a history of continuous excellence. This will include top pre-university grades (A*/A at A-level including maths (and ideally physics or further maths)); and a 1st / high 2.1 class degree in a highly numerate subject from a top-ranking university.
  • Demonstrable analytical experience – this could be through an extended university project (Masters) or completed through an internship. Use of advanced Excel for numerical modelling would be highly beneficial.
  • Good communication skills – this is a consultancy and presenting to clients is part of the projects that you would be involved in.

Joining this consultancy, you can expect to travel with the team (including Europe, South America, Africa, Asia or Oceania), and this can be for days or weeks at a time. Further, because of the where projects could be, additional modern language fluency would be desirable.

Still interested? Send through your CV and please provide full academic grades and demonstrate to us why you should be shortlisted. Those successful can expect to be asked to complete numerical and verbal reasoning tests prior to interview.
