This leading Cambridgeshire employer seeks a very bright Mechanical Engineering Graduate with internship or other industry experience. They have the luxury of being able to cherry pick for this position, so even gaining a first class degree from a leading university may not be enough to impress them. You will need that internship or excellent hobby projects to gain their interest.

As a graduate mechanical engineer you will have broad interests and desire the prospect of working within multi-disciplinary project teams to invent new products and technologies that make a difference to people’s lives. This position will offer you diversity in your work from medical device development to improving safety in industrial tools. Also within any one project you can expect to be involved in all aspects of technology and product development: from invention, to analysis and computational modelling, to prototype design and transfer to manufacturing.
