Java Software Engineer (26169)

This company specialise in developing configurable software for modelling and optimising complex systems. Due to their continued success, they are seeking a bright software engineer to join their development team. You would be creating high quality scalable software, allowing end users to build dependable models for streamlining their business.

You will need:

• An excellent academic background, with a 1st or 2.1 in Computer Science or a similarly applicable discipline from a well-respected university (Russell Group or overseas equivalent)
• Coding skills in a modern OO language, preferably Java, but C#, C++ or JavaScript may also be considered.
• Full right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit, or sponsorship.

Commercial experience would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a small friendly company, located close to central London. A competitive salary is on offer to the successful candidate. This role might appeal to a recent graduate with a strong academic grounding in Computer Science and some extracurricular projects to demonstrate their interest in software engineering as a career, but applications from suitably qualified established software engineers are equally welcome.
