Graduate Data Scientist (25281)
This consultancy likes people who have a broad outlook and are able to tackle a task from various directions. Their clients and projects range from using natural language algorithms to pull meta data from healthcare patient files, to analysing financial transactions to track cyber-crime.
As the Graduate Data Scientist you will need a strong academic background, having gained a 1st or 2.1 from a world leading university in a relevant subject related to data science. You may have gone on to complete a PhD containing aspects of data science. Whilst they expect you will have used formal data science tools and software, there is not a strict "must have" list however you will have sufficient experience to prove you can pick up new approaches rapidly.
This position is within a mixed discipline team; a collection of scientists, engineers, software developers and data specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to develop leading edge designs for the most demanding clients. You will be given responsibility, and strive to solve challenging problems with a variety of work that allows high performers to progress quickly.
